Training for Cyclists
$100 per month (+ $100 set up and six month
contract)
Okay, if you're here then racing isn't
your bag baby; but that doesn't mean you're not serious about
riding your bike! If you're a busy professional, or just
plain busy then you want to get the biggest bang out of the time
you can spare to go out and ride or train. As a USA Cycling
Expert Level coach, I can help!
This plan is for
active people who:
- Want to hang with the weekend group ride
- Look to improve their climbing or
sprinting
- Plan on riding a century or
special event
- Want to work cycling in with other
sports or activities
- Are interested in taking riding more seriously;
but not race
- Look to cycling for weight loss and improved
health
- Are eager to get the most out limited
riding time
Think of this plan like Personal
Training for biking, however it is much more comprehensive
than someone telling you to sit on a stationary recumbent at the
gym and pedal until your HR reaches your fat burning zone.
The Weekend Warrior training package includes the
following:
- Fitness testing and analysis to
set training zones
- Goal setting for success
- Annual plan adjusted for
vacations, work and other activities
- Training schedules issued monthly;
adjusted as needed
- Workouts easy to understand with
wattage and/or HR targets
- Strategies and tools to improve your mental
game for higher performance in your training and life
- Rides & skill work with the coach
(for local riders)
- Muscle length/tension assessment
- Corrective and maintenance
stretching routines
- Basic nutrition guidance
*Local riders can receive a Computrainer testing
and bike fitting session for an additional $50 start up fee.

Add-ons
$45 per hour with bike
coaching (regularly $75 per hour)
