Athlete or not, if you're looking for something more than just a personal trainer, then you'll find that Dynamic Sports Training offers a comprehensive and holistic approach to improving your health and fitness.  Individually customized programs are carefully designed to help you see and feel results. Everyone's body is different, so you need a fitness program that provides the exercise and nutrition that your body needs.  The "one-size-fits-all" approach is not what you'll find here.

Whether your goals are seeking a more dynamic state of health, reducing back pain, preventing injuries or seeking higher sports performance, Dynamic Sports emphasizes functional movements. These are exercises that teach your body how to work in an integrated fashion.  I won't sit you on a dysfunction creating machine and count repetitions and I won't train to be a bodybuilder by trading stability and mobility for aesthetics.  Instead, we will balance your body and posture; we'll make you stable and strong.

In a holistic approach to physical improvement, the Foundational Health Principals must also be included in that program.  Diet, hydration, breathing and circadian stress are critical components if exercise is going to be effective.  This leads us to the formula for success:

You + Me + Commitment = SUCCESS!

This formula shows that it takes more than just showing you exercises; it takes a commitment on your part to make the lifestyle changes that will positively affect how your body responds to exercise.   My job is to guide you through these changes by making them simple to follow and realistically doable.
