Avoiding the gym?
Strength training is critical for a golfers, but it won't help if you can't keep the ball in the fairway.  Improving flexibility and stability first will give you consistency.

Golf is rotation!  Every joint in your body must rotate in order to swing the golf club correctly.  Any inhibited joint will force your body to compensate. These compensations lead to injury.

Did you know? Your postural alignment will dictate how efficiently you can rotate.  This is a huge component of consistent shot making.  This program is designed to improve your posture.
